Company brain that evolves with every action

Work doesn't end at “here's what to do”.
Monoma maps how your tickets, PRs, docs, and people connect, then drafts the next actions across tools. Scoped to your permissions. Approval-gated before every write.

Don't just ask. Execute.

What's blocking PROJ-47?

AI made everyone faster. It didn't make anyone coordinated.

0%
can point to an org-wide return
0.0 hrs

More output, same fog about what's actually happening. (Atlassian, State of Teams 2026.)

Six things a chat window can't do.

Cross-tool execution context

It knows what relates to what, before you ask. A ticket, the PRs that close it, the spec it implements, and the person accountable, pre-linked as one object and kept current by sync. Not three tool calls reasoned from scratch every time.

Organizational memory

Your company's decisions stop evaporating. Every decision, ticket, and doc feeds a graph that grows as the company works. Ask "why did we build auth this way" and get the spec, the dissent, and the PR that settled it.

Permission-aware by default

Two people, same question, different answers. Every action runs under the requesting user's own credentials, never a shared service account. If you can't see the ticket, neither can your agent.

Governance

Every action proposed, approved, and logged. Monoma shows the exact change before it touches anything real: the comment text, the transition, the field values. The log records who executed, what changed, when.

Workflow automation

"A merged PR transitions its ticket and pings the reviewer." Compose the rule, scope it to a project, and Monoma runs it on trigger. No vendor encodes your team's rules by default.

Proactive teammates

It notices before you do. Monoma watches for blockers, stalled reviews, and incidents, then notifies the owner and drafts next steps. A ticket blocked four days on an unassigned review shouldn't need a human to spot it.

Three steps to a working map.

  1. 1

    Connect with your own credentials

Jira, GitHub, Confluence, and the other tools your team runs on. Monoma inherits your permissions and nothing beyond them.

  2. 2

    Build the graph

Sync walks the links between tickets, PRs, and docs, and keeps them current in the background.

  3. 3

    Ask, then execute

Status, blockers, decision history. Then the follow-up work, drafted for your approval.

Works where your team already works.

Common questions

Connectors expose Jira, GitHub, and every other tool as separate endpoints a model queries ad hoc. Monoma pre-correlates your ticket-to-PR-to-doc graph before the question is asked, and encodes the workflow rules specific to your team. Context windows can summarize; they cannot maintain your company's live relationship map, governance controls, and approval gates.
